Tabitha Brown is an actress and vegan food star who is affectionately known as “America’s mom.” She has provided millions with food for the body and soul through her videos capturing delicious home-cooked vegan recipes and everyday wisdom rooted in love, kindness, and compassion.  She has amassed over 4 million followers on her ‘@iamtabithabrown’ Instagram account.  Her Facebook page has earned over 2.8 K followers.  Similarly, her TikTok account ‘@iamtabithabrown’ has earned over 4.9 million followers and over 87.4 million likes.  And her YouTube channel has gained over 757K subscribers.  In addition, her ‘@iamTabithaBrown’ Twitter account amassed over 245.2K followers.

Her first book, Feeding the Soul (Because It’s My Business), was a number one New York Times bestseller and won a 2022 NAACP Image Award; she also received the 2021 NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Social Media Personality. Tabitha can be seen as the host on Food Network’s It’s CompliPlated; on her YouTube children’s series, Tab Time that was nominated for 2 Emmy’s in December,2022, on her show All Love on the Ellen Digital Network; and on season four of Showtime’s The Chi. A successful businesswoman, she has a line of products with Target; a haircare line, Donna’s Recipe which is on the shelves across the US in the beaty chain Ulta; a partnership with Orro plant-based drinks; and a spice blend with McCormick. We chose Valerie E. Robinson, MS, LPC, LCPC-S, PhD (ABD) President & CEO Cor-Les Consultants A Health Education and Promotion Company Cor-Les Institute, Inc. A National Training and Education Center. Valerie E. Robinson, respectfully known as Doc V.   Doc V.  is known in her community and throughout the streets of Washington, DC for her humanitarianism. If there is a need, she jumps right in to help and assist where needed. No matter the natural disaster, there is no job to dirty for her to roll up her sleeve and get the job done. She is also a strong prayer warrior. Val is the person you want on your team when the chips are down, you are in the 4th quarter 1 minute left on the clock, 2nd down and goal, she will bring it home.

Val is responsible for many youths to reevaluate their diet and consider trying some healthier options. Her HipHop Diet curriculum has won the hearts of youth all over the country and their supporting households. She has worked with non-profits too numerous to count about healthy eating/healthy living. She is a gem. I am honored to have worked with her for the past 2 decades.

Ms. Robinson has worked as a private consultant in the areas of substance abuse and nutritional health. Ms. Robinson’s areas of expertise include substance abuse prevention, treatment and recovery support services and strategies, managing Government, Federal and Foundation grants, assessment, and development of state training programs for substance abuse practitioners. Ms. Robinson has trained nationally and internationally on: self-esteem building, substance abuse treatment and prevention strategies, clinical issues, confidentiality and ethical practices, women’s health issues, culture competency, clinical supervision, group therapy, creative interventions for treatment retention, overweight & obesity in underserved communities, healthy eating and living strategies, adolescent trauma and violence, pediatric HIV/AIDs and health care delivery systems.
