Meet Amanda Gaderon who has dedicated over a decade to civilian government service and has a distinguished military background. She served in the United States Armed Forces, including a tour of duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom with the Army National Guard from 2008 to 2009. In 2015, she transitioned to the Army Reserves, culminating in a military career spanning over fifteen years before her retirement in April 2023.

Ms. Gaderon earned an associate’s degree in Sociology from Middlesex County College in 2010. She went on to complete a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in Human Resource Management from Grantham University in July 2020. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in business management with a focus on Information Management online at the University of Arkansas Grantham, aiming to graduate in March 2025. Balancing her roles as a mother to three young children—McKenzie, Marques, and Mehki—full-time employee, and student, she has embraced online education to accommodate her demanding schedule and achieve her academic goals.

In her leisure time, Ms. Gaderon cherishes moments with her lifelong companion and their children, enjoying activities like movie nights or visits to their grandmother’s house. She is committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, promoting regular exercise and balanced meals to her friends, family, and colleagues. Embracing a vegan diet, she believes in the mantra “health is wealth.”
