Chef on Demand Workshop

Classes will be hosted through the Zoom platform.  Just like in-person classes, these virtual cooking experiences are all about interaction and engagement while learning to prepare new culinary delights!

 How does it work?

Step 1

Prepare your cooking station using the ingredients & equipment list provided in advance. (The expenses for food and equipment needed are not included in the course registration fee – these expenses are the sole responsibility of the workshop registrant)

 Step 2

Join the chef’s virtual kitchen by clicking on the Zoom link provided in the confirmation email.

 Step 3

Cook along with the chef and other attendees in real time, ending the session with a delicious meal that’s ready to enjoy!

House Rules

Class length is 2 hours and a chat to answer questions is held at the end of the session (maximum 15 minutes for this session).  No question is a bad question, so ask away. Class will begin on time, so please practice good time management.

You will be required to fill out the online registration form on this page with your name, address, email, telephone number, the name of the class, date and time.  After you have paid the class registration fee, you will be emailed confirmation of your registration information via the email address you provide (be sure your information is correct).  A menu, recipe ingredients and required equipment (if needed) will be provided at the top of the week before your scheduled workshop. This is a real-time class that lasts for only 2 hours, so it is crucial to prepare in advance. It is important to chop all the veggies the night before and store them in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator for this online culinary experience. A link to the class will be provided a few days before, and a reminder email will be sent a day prior to the class.

This is a non-refundable class, cancellation or reschedule request must be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. You will have one rescheduled date only to make up the class.  Once we receive your request, we will cancel you from the class (if you do not hear from us within 48 hours via email send us a second requestto: info@mindingmybusiness.black).  We will forward a confirmation via email.

Chef on Demand classes are great for birthdays, anniversaries, administrative assistant day, employee recognition, online-family reunion activity or for the person that has everything gifts.  E-Gift cards are available on the website.  If you are interested in private group events, please reach out to us at www.mindingmybusiness.black , and put “private event request” in the subject line.

This is a non-refundable class, however if you need to reschedule, you will have one reschedule date only to make up the class.  You must request a rescheduling date via email 3 days before the class to info@mindingmybusiness.black.  Once we receive your request, we will cancel you from the class (if you do not hear from us within 48 hours via email send us a second request­).  We will forward a confirmation via email to confirm your rescheduled class date and time and add you to the class roster as a reschedule.
