What motivated Farell and Klyle Jones to start Infinity Protection Services was a need in the security industry for an enhanced quality of security officers by providing more time training officers in and out of the classroom training sessions. Farell and Klyle have over 40 combined years of experience in the security industry and have built IPS with a concentration on more vertical specific security training and through this, IPS will produce a better trained officer, along with more experienced supervisors and managers.
What differentiates IPS from business approach from others is, IPS allows us to ensure we have more diversity in our organization, offer the highest wages in the industry, give our team the flexibility of a work/ home balance that has not been offered in the security industry and IPS aims to help create a clear path for employment, promotions and career building through training and cross collaborations with institutions that offer the ability for higher educational growth.
